Hello,

I have a set of firewalls and I have the threat license expired. All I am trying to do is change syslog server but it will not commit and I get this message. Anybody know why?

Thanks.

Hello,

From the screen shot, it appears that the commit is failing due to the reason of: Failed to send config data to network configuration agent. While I have not seen this before, it looks like a config or network issue?

Hi @lionelgalvan1 ,

I've experienced this before.  That said, I wasn't able to identify the root cause because lacked time for troubleshooting 😞

restarting device server and mgmt server remedied the issue for me (as your screenshot indicates the device server might have an issue).

NOTE: this will impact production so make sure to do this in a maintenance window.

Might want to generate a tech support file first for analysis.

Cheers,

-Kiwi.
