In the CSP you can use the 'Get Help' button.
Fill out all the fields, select your asset, contact phone number, etc ... if the proposed solutions don't help you, you should be able to see the 'File a Support Case' button at the end.

Click Accept as Solution to acknowledge that the answer to your question has been provided.
