@BigPalo,

What is Passive Link status under High-Availability --> Active/Passive Settings.

Is it shutdown or auto ?

Auto.

in the current version 8.0.7, the interfaces in nexus connected to PA VirtualWire interfaces are up. But when we upgrade the passive node to 8.1.10 the inferfaces in the nexus change to down and we can no get up. Its weird....

@BigPalo,

I think, it seems to be known issue on 8.1.x and it is resolved in 8.1.2. It is related to AE interface with LACP is enabled. There is also workaround given for this issue.

Please check below link.

Hope this helps !

But the issue here is when PA reboots. We dont do any action in Nexus.

Pa is upgraded to version 8.1.x and interfaces in nexus connected to VW  Pa int dont come upb

We tried to upgrade to 8.1.3, 8.1.10 and 8.1.3 and the behaviour was the same.
