Hello there,

 I had received several log message " XDR service cyserver was stopped on Desktopxxx" although this devices have running cortex agent. What are the scenarios that this log message are generated and what are the cases that the cortex agent get stopped.

So I see these when doing simple things like OS upgrades, patching, ect. Due to the way that systems stop services during these operational instances you'll see these alerts during those instances. It's personally not something I spend any amount of energy on. I find it easier to monitor clients that haven't been seen for a while and verify that we also haven't seen the client online to ensure that the agents are functioning correctly.
