Low Disk Space on VM-500

L2 Linker

Hi,

How do I clear disk space on a VM-500? Software version 9.1.3

I noticed that there was an issue when the device stopped collation logs (i.e. traffic/threats etc...)

When I looked at the disk space it says

Is this limited space why the logging has stopped. No config changes have been made to stop the logging.

How do I free up some space?

TIA

This issue is quite possibly NOT a disk issue, as I have 1st stated.

Has anyone got any ideas regarding the logs no longer working?

Thank you for the post @CraigAddison

I have hit a similar issue a few times in early releases of 9.1. I only managed to resolve it by reboot. I would recommend to upgrade to 9.1.13-h1.

I do not see direct correlation between disk space and issue you are experiencing. If the log quota is full, the logging will still continue to work. Old log will be simply overwritten with new log.

Regarding clearing of diskspace you may refer to these KBs:
