Hello,
Our MGMT Interface is fluctuating result in inaccessibility of the firewall and after some time it comes back online.
Using PAN-PA-VM-300 with ver 8.0.4. Restarted the management plane.

What could be wrong with it?

Your Runtime link should actually have values displayed, not unknown. Have you looked at the switch that feeds the managment port and verified that nothing is wrong on that end, it may not be an actual firewall issue.

It is a virtual device where all the VM’s reside, if this would have been a vmware issue all servers should timeout as well.
