Hello all, new to the group & firewall management, so please bare with me 🙂
Wondering if there's any information from anyone using Quick Assist? It opens in error & before I start digging, just thought I would ask.
Please point me in the right direction if known. I'm currently looking for a single solution to provide IT support across a group.

Not sure what you're trying to accomplish but ms-quick-assist is the app in applipedia.
I'm assuming you have a security policy in place that's allowing it ? Do you see any blocks in the logs ?
How is the traffic actually being identified on the firewall (what do the logs say) ?
Nothing in the logs ? Then check if the global counters can shed some light on the situation.
