Our VM-300 virtual NGFW appliance license expired, therefore we have no support. I contacted my reseller (SHI) and was sold 32 credits. My problem is that I don't know how to activate these credits. The documentation indicates there should have been a link embedded in the email, however the only links are to the Tech Docs. Now, after being on hold for 20 minutes with Palo TAC, I was told I need to open an administrative support case. The problem? I can't select my asset and submit a case because the license has expired.
Catch 22

Hi @snydosaurus ,
Do you have any other devices you can select? If so, you can enter the details you have there.

There are videos on how to activate software credits. Have you looked at these?

Thanks all. I was able to get my issue resolved. For some reason, my brain was unable to process the big "ACTIVATE" bar below. Maybe it was too obvious 🙄
