PA in Azure intermittent connection

L0 Member

Hi,

Newbie here for Palo Alto and thanks in advance for any help/comments. We have a customer who has a PA-220 on-prem for their internet and PA in Azure for their cloud app server. Internet is working fine in their on-prem and has a Site-to-Site vpn to their PA Azure. Somehow their connection to Azure was intermittent, at first we thought it was their internet but their internet is good, thought it was Azure(Microsoft) but no outage nor issues with other tenants. Reboot the on-prem PA: no go, rebooted the Azure PA then it resolved the issue and got a stable connection to their cloud app server. Though issue has been resolved, I'd like to go deeper to maybe checking some logs from the time the issue happened, besides system logs, what specific logs do we need to check?

Thanks in advance

Hi @KK-Jefferson ,

I'd recommend grabbing the TSF from the device in question and send to TAC for analysis.

As for troubleshooting IPSec VPN connection issues:
