Does anyone know if that 250 in yellow is correct? and if not what is it and can you point me to a more accurate document plz.

There is a discrepancy noted in the comparison tool, however, it appears that 16GB is correctly labeled - but 56GB = 250 rather than the noted 500 in the DOC you mentioned:
