Hello,
We have a customer with PA-850 running 10.0.8-h2 and they want to upgrade to latest.
As this firewall is placed in totally isolated environment and the customer wont allow to connect internet on firewall.
This firewall is in HA peer mode.
Any guidelines to upgrade to latest OS for PA 850 as offline mode?
Thanks in advanced

Depends on what you mean by latest ... there are different upgrade paths possible. I do recommend selecting one of the preferred releases (support-pan-os-software-release-guidance)
First Determine the upgrade path you desire !!
Then go to the support.paloaltonetworks.com site and login. Here you'll find all of the software updates and dynamic updates that you need for this. You can download the required PAN-OS versions and dynamic updates to your laptop and use the Upload feature on your firewall (Device > Software > Upload) to upload the images to your firewall.
Follow the process on how to upgrade an HA pair taking into account the upgrade path you selected earlier !!

Hii,
Thank you so much @Raido_Rattameister , @kiwi for help.
While downloading latest 10.1.0 patch i can see PANOS_800-10.1.9-h3 while at customer side firewall is PAN-OS 850. So is it safe to install PAN-OS 800-10.1.9-h3 on PAN-OS 850 firewall.
