I can log with the same password as web GUI but i cant log in to the CLI using the same password .what could be the issue?

What role is the user assigned? Not sure what your goal is with this user but if you select dynamic and assign "superuser" can you get into the CLI then? If you are using a custom role youll need to assign your preferred role under command line.
