Palo Alto CSP Down

L4 Transporter

I go to support.paloaltonetworks.com I can access to the case I open but I cannot access to the case or open new case. It stuck in loading .

I tried with multiples browser and internet line also same issue. My colleagues have the same issue also

I am unable to access specific cases as well. I've reached out to an internal channel to see what is going on. I will let you know once I am able to view cases as well.

No the issue resolved. I can access to CSP without any issue now.
