Paloalto (PA-440) Firmware upgrade from 10.2.7-h8 to 11.2.10-h3

Hi Support,

 We would like to upgrade Paloalto (PA-440) from 10.2.7-h8 to 11.2.10-h3

May i know the procedure and step by step for the upgrade. Thanks.

Hi @raymond.chay 

The upgrade from 10.2 to 11.2 is very straight forward:

1.  download 11.2.0

2. download 11.2.10-h3

3. install 11.2.10-h3

4. reboot

From 10.2 to 11.2 you can use the 'skip software version' feature introduced in pan-os 10.2
