Pan os 3.1.8 VirtualWire and Microsoft NLB Problems

L1 Bithead

Good morning

I have a Virtual Wire configured on a PAN-2050 with Pan OS 3.1.8 and I connect in one Interface of it a Microsoft ISA Server 2004 and in the other interface a Catalyst Cisco Switch.

This Microsoft ISA SERVER 2004 has a Microsoft Load Balancing Service (NLB) configured on it with another Microsoft ISA SERVER 2004 that is connected in other interface of the same switch.

The Microsoft NLB Service in the ISA SERVER 2004 that is connected across the PAN-2050 VirtuallWire is down.

If I connect this ISA SERVER directly to the same Catalyst Switch there is no problem with the NLB Service.

Anybody Knows if there is any limitation in a VirtualWire PAN2050 (with PAN-OS 3.1.8) with a Server that has Microsoft NLB configured?

There are any solution for this Problem?

Best regards.

Hi...Did you define a policy to allow traffic to/from (both ways) the ISA servers?
