I'm having trouble figuring out how to create Administrator accounts with Terraform. Can anyone provide an example or what resource that should be used to do this ?

I thought the panos_admin would help with this, but I don't currently see it in the provider documentation for panos. The only thing I can find to create a user is the panos_local_user_db resource.
