Hi,
i did and they told me to send an email to
person vue and person view support did nothing and reschedule the exams (2) four time.
im stuck.
there is no way that I tried 4 different laptops, 2 different wan connection, 3 browsers and I’m still getting this specific error (which a simple google search shows that the error is on the server side).
can’t any one from Palo Alto support reach them and try and help me.
i need to take the PCNSE exam and the SSE.

Always best to go on-site to exam center and take exams there.
Online exams are always hit and miss.
Does not matter if Palo or for other vendors.

Yeah.
I enabled 3rd cookies for person vue and onvue (wild card).
disabled every service but Microsoft services.
made sure that only the exam tab is opened on chrome
and it worked.
