Hello @yasheng

it looks like you are hitting an issue addressed in PAN-OS 10.2.10-h3:

PAN-234560
Fixed an issue where the daily summary report displayed IPv6 addresses instead of IPv4 addresses.

Kind Regards

Pavel

Thanks for answering, I will update.

To change the report to display IPv4 addresses, check the report settings under "Monitor" or "PDF Reports" for any IP format options. For sending the report, look for a "Share" or "Email" function within the report. Facing multiple deadlines and academic pressures, students may seek writing assistance. I updated to 10.2.12-h2 last week and it is only show IPv6 on reports and in ACC.  I don't think this issue is fixed yet.

Bug: PAN-190448 and PAN-234560

If you want to decipher that then:

Example, the report shows: ::dcdc:43d0:ffff:0
DC = 220, DC 220, 43 = 67, D0=208 and the tail of :ffff:0 can be tossed.
Those octets of the IP are flipped, so the actual IP address in the report is: 208.67.220.220
