I can't seem to find the control for resetting the PA-200 to the original out of the box config. Any assitance is appreciated.

Hello,
In order to reset to factory defaults, you'll need to console directly to the PAN device through its console port.
Then, you'll need to reboot the machine. During boot, hit the letter "m". Then if asked, type "maint".
This should enter you into maintenance mode, and from there you can reset to factory defaults.
