Hello,

In order to reset to factory defaults, you'll need to console directly to the PAN device through its console port.

Then, you'll need to reboot the machine. During boot, hit the letter "m". Then if asked, type "maint".

This should enter you into maintenance mode, and from there you can reset to factory defaults.

Let us know if you have any issues.

Thanks,

Jason Seals

Jason:

Thank you, do you have something already made up for stepping me through a layer 3 install. The quick start is OK, but something more descript would be better.

Thanks,

Steve
