If you are on 8.0.7 then 8.19 is TAC preferred.
8.1.19 is preferred
9.0.13 is preferred
9.1.19 is preferred.

I do not have access to the link you provided.
You mentioned 9.1.19, I do not see that on my device software downloads it only goes to 9.1.9 , is this what you are referring to?
