Can you explain about troubleshooting based on tech support and stats dump file. how to find out the problem in both file.

The Tech Support file can be read by Palo Alto Networks Support engineers, as are trained to, and have the right tools to get the job done.

If you are having a specific problem, the recommendation is to open a case with Support.
