There is an option for 3rd party VPN clients in the interface and there used to be articles on Cisco Anyconnect as an option for 3.1. We have tested this without the use of these parameters, how do these adjust the communication to the firewall, is there any documentation on supported version for this component of the GlobalProtect configuration (more like howto not the help fil

There seem to be a bunch of unofficially supported vpn clients but in 5.0 release there was a mention of official support for a couple of vpn client software that does xauth.

Looking inside of a 5.0 GP portal configuration, there is support for PAN Virtual Ethernet VPN adapter, Cisco, and Juniper. I am not aware of any other officially supported adapters.

Can anyone name one or point to an old article of when this was supported? I remember an article with the Cisco VPN Client configuration being used.
