Hello everyone,
I am a former employee of the french company Inetum, which uses Cortex XDR software. My former employer asked me to install it on my personal computer, which I used to work at this company.
Having left the company, I no longer have any contact with my former employer's IT support, and I'm trying to uninstall Cortex XDR from my home computer, but this obviously requires a password that I don't have (I've tried Password1, but it doesn't work).
It seems the only way I can uninstall your software is to contact support, which is what I'm trying to do here (the support site asks me for customer credentials which I don't have because I'm not a Cortex XDR customer, my former employer is).

If all else fails it's possible you'll have to reach out to your former employer to have it uninstalled via the admin console (or to provide you with the uninstall pwd if they changed it).
