Dear Team,

 

I am unable to reach one of the Healthcare  websites from my system.

Perform troubleshooting:-

1 - Bypass the firewall and check directly from ISP then the website working fine.

2 - Security policy rule allows any- any without security profile.

3 - Resolve website name through my internal DNS server( DNS is resolving my query).

4 - Custom URL created and the same allowed in security policy but not working.

5 - Created a PBF policy but no luck.

6 - I have disabled the endpoint protection.

7. created one policy allowed all destination ips for only my pc then tried same.

 

 

Please help me to resolve this

I have a few questions. What do you see when you are unable to reach the healthcare website? What does the traffic look like in the monitor tab? Can you take a screenshot and share a snippet of your detailed log view? Also, are your access issues limited to the healthcare website? or are you experiencing wider issues?
