unable to connect to device after local decive supend while upgrading HA FW

Hi,

After suspending local device in HA FW, im getting error "cant able to connect to device"...Please help me in this.

> Plug a cable directly form you workstation to the management port and see if you are able to get the GUI or SSH access

> If not, try console and see if you get the console access, if you get the access check if all config is still there

> Suspending the devices only brings it out form the HA session

> If all fails try a reboot and see again with the above methods if you are able to get it

 

Additional info if you can submit:

> Platform and PAN-OS version

> Screenshot of the error

Have you tried rebooting the device ?

I just lost the VPN connection, after rebooting device from local intrnet it's started working fine.
