How can I do?

Hi @Albert_Liu ,
Looks like you might be running into a bug where Invalid images under /opt/panrepo causes software download failures.
You can reach out to TAC so they can confirm if you're actually hitting this exact bug and provide you with a valid upgrade path for the fix. They can also root into the device and remove the corrupted image after which you can try the software download again.
Kind regards,
Kim.

@Albert_Liu hope you are doing great! May I know if you ever got a solution from TAC regarding this?

I open a TAC, and they give me a replacement. It works fine after restore my configuration.
** They say, upgrade to base release is not a good idea.....But I just done and no one tell me previously...**
I accept the solution from Kiwi, so I didn't touch this post afterward. Thanks for give me a chance to touch it again.
