unable to view traffic in moniter

I’m working on a small lab setup using Palo Alto 10.0  and I’m facing an issue where traffic is passing, sessions appear in Session Browser, and the security rule hit count is increasing, but no logs are showing up in Monitor → Traffic. I have enabled Log at Session Start and Log at Session End on my rule.

Hi @avishkar629 ,

 

Do you need to be on 10.x? I would try upgrading panos versions into 11.x. For example, there is a fix in 11.1.2 that addresses slow traffic logs:

Fixed an issue on the web interface where filtering logs under the Monitor tab was slower than expected.
