I'm seeing this message under System Logs even though the VPN Tunnel is established and working between two Palo devices. Anyone see this before?

First thing I would check is if your tunnel is actually established with IKEv2 or if it fell back to IKEv1 when it couldn't bring IKEv2 online.

It doesn't tell you which tunnel. And if you go to like Tunnel Inspection, those logs are empty.
