Hello ..
We have PAN user ID agent version 4.1.8 -2 installed in our server .
The service is getting stopped automatically . When try to stop the process from services.msc in Windows server it gives the error that service is still running .
Need to stop the service manually via "Stop the process Tree " and again start the service.
Issue is occurring everyday . Please advise.
Thanks
Amber

with that new installation to another system , it worked. There was something wrong with the OS but we could not find.

Hello Slv,
Yes Its not expired.
Thanks all for your advise .
We have resolved the issue . The problem with the windows server where we have installed the Agent .
Due to some memory cache issue on the VM service got stop and not able to restart the service again.
It seems everything is working fine. Update you the real casue into the server

Hello ,
After the discussion with server support team , found that the issue is with Server DMI controller and because of that issue , User ID agent got stop and not able t restart again itself.
Issue has been resolved and thanks all for your support.
