User ID agent showing access denied after microsoft update on the DC and I nothing I have tried has fixed it

But even with the agent it does not work is there a fix? Do you have to roll back the patch or do the reg hack does that really work?

Hi @janelle.provine ,
I do not know of the same issue with the agent. To verify, I would look in the Windows Event Viewer security logs and see if there is an authentication error for you AD account you use with the agent.
