I getting Virus/Spyware download blocked page when I have downloaded some file sine 08/08/2023. But before ago I can download that file. what happened?
And I have checked Threat logs from Prisma and seen type was 'virus', Thereat ID/Name was 'Virus/Win32.Wgeneric.eaaoqu'.
why before ago I can download this file?

Hi @Thanakorn_ctc ,
Likely a new Dynamic Update was installed on 08/08/2023 containing new threat signatures.
If you think this is a false positive then I recommend grabbing the PCAP from the threat logs and send to support for analysis.
