Hi JayGolf,

I work on the same team with Daryl.

Currently we were able to create a Palo Alto FW instance on OpenStack, the stack creation is successful and there were no log errors from the OpenStack perspective, the instance was able to boot up to the login prompt. But upon trying to login the default credentials of Palo Alto we were unable to do so.

I will share an attempt upon logging in on the said instance.

Hi JayGolf,

Any ideas why I encounter this? is there any other way to troubleshoot this thing? We have tried several times recreating the stack and instance, but unfortunately same thing happens over and over.

Thanks in advance for your answers and insights on this.

Best regards,
Paolo
