Hi @karthikeyanB ,
That's the primary root partition. All system related stuff will be here.
Also corefiles, any debug logs you might be having will also be here.
As for threshold ... there is no threshold but I'm sure you can use SNMP to monitor the partitions.
Check the HOST-RESOURCES-MIB if you're interested in that.
