Where is support?

Have a high severity ticket open for 2 DAYS now and not even an email.  Stuck in support queue.

Called support number this morning and on hold for 1 HOUR trying to speak with someone..

This isn't what my company paid $$$ for.

I'm sorry to hear you have a bad experience with support.

That said, there are a lot of smart people here on the discussions area that are very helpful and might be able to guide you.
