Wrong end user assigned to a lab device

Hello the community 🙂

 

I've bought a new palo alto 440 via partner here in belgium.

The distributor assigned the device to the partner as end user instead of me.

 

This has for cause that i can't create my support account and i can't activate my licence.

 

And this for more than 2 months..

We're checking with the distributor but nothing change and my palo alto is just a router actually ^^

 

Is anyone faced the same issue ?

You should be able to activate your device regardless of the support account, the device just needs to be registered under an account. In this case your VAR should be able to register and activate all the features

 

After that, you can get to configuring and using your NGFW while you wait for the distributor to sort things out
