I am getting this error when I try to access my support portal. I have seen other messages with this issue, and the response is always to refer to artcile https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA14u000000HBFcCAO.

When I click on that link, I get a SSO error from Salesforce
