Currently, the GP app works normally on Windows and Android. But it doesn't work on iOS.

Hi @HilineISP_Tech ,
Yes, it does for only "64-bit devices only running GlobalProtect app 6.0.4 or later." https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/compatibility-matrix/globalprotect/where-can-i-install-the-globalp...
Thanks,

I think the URL you provided is useful, thank you.
However, the GP app obtained from the iOS app store is version 6.0.6-8.
Is there any other way to check?

What version of PAN-OS are you running on the portal and gateway? What does the associated GlobalProtect log events say when you check them on the firewall or prisma access? Are you using the IP address directly or the FQDN?

Current version is 10.1.9 and iOS is 16.4. IP is used directly, and when checking the Globalprotect event log, the content is the same as the text.
