Global Protect Error - Could not verify the server certificate of the gateway.

Hi Team, Pls support as we are facing issue with Global Protect VPN only on Ubuntu Linux version 22, but the same vpn is using same certificate on version 20 of Ubuntu. we are getting error as mentioned in subject line.

Hi @Hardeep123 ,

 

What type of cert are you guys using? Is it self-signed or from a trusted CA? I would double-check and verify the Portal/GW cert is trusted by your linux clients.

Its a self signed certificate, same certificate is working on Ubuntu version 20. pls suggest.

 

I saw multiple post and solutions on the forum, but afraid to try as that could interrupt my entire services, although few steps tried which were pointing towards Chrome SSL errror
