Global Protect Issue

L0 Member

Hello All,

Hope you all are doing well.

We are using global protect 5.2.14. Most of the users are connecting successfully but some of the users are facing frequently no internet connection or gateway is unreachable even i tested those users in other pc and their vpn are working fine.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Thank You

By default GlobalProtect uses tcp/443 and udp/4501.

You can try to create custom profile for those users in GlobalProtect portal and force to use SSL only to eliminate possibility that their ISP is misbehaving with udp/4501 traffic.

SSL only setting will reduce performance (TCP inside TCP) so don't forget to turn it off after testing.

@Wahmed4,

It would be worth looking at their PanGPS.log file from their local client if you can get it as well, as it'll tell you what it's running into.
