Hello
I have a problem with GlobalProtect on two laptops, GP crashes. They are brand new laptops (Win 11 Pro 24H2). I've already reset them completely. Here is the Windows Event Viewer:

I’ve updated GP to the lastest version (6.3.2), and it’s the same.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled GP, no way
The two laptops are of the same brand (Lenovo) but not the same model.
PanOS 11.1.5-h1
The connection request is received by the Palo Alto
If you have any ideas.
Thanks for your help

Hi @philippeS ,
Do you have any antivirus or endpoint security software running? I would try momentarily disabling them and test if GP still crashes.
can you also try running GP in admin mode to see if that helps? Also, do you have access to any other client machines running win 11 pro that you can test out?

Hi Jay,
Thank you for your reply.
I've already tried it without antivirus and in administrator mode.
We have computers running with the same configuration.
The issue only concerns these two brand new laptops.

I'm also dealing with the same problem, brand new HP Elitebook, clean install, it crashes after a few sec when attempting to connect.
In the event viewer it's the same error code as mentioned by @philippeS .

We are also experiencing this. Windows 11 release 24H2. A bit the same as mentioned by @philippeS and @mberni although our devices don't crash completely but just the Windows Explorer. We have quit a few new laptops (60+ Dell Latitudes) with 24H2 but only some users (at the moment 4) experience this issue.
GP version 6.3.1-376
- Connection to the GP portal on our firewall:
** Internet connection ok (split tunnel is active)
** Connection to our internal LAN eg Fileservers NOK; windows explorer even crashes
- Connection to our Prisma Access enviroment:
** No internet access but Teamviewer session for tech support keep active (?)
** Connection to our internal LAN eg Fileservers is OK; through the Prisma Service Connection
** Although users get the message they are connected to the nearest gateway in the panorama prisma monitoring they are not visible
On a sidenote, this is the second major issue (Citrix issues before) we experience with Windows 11 24H2, it is starting to worry me on what more things will pop-up.
