OS Version: Which specific version of Windows is the user running (e.g., Windows 10, Windows 11)?
GlobalProtect Version: Which specific version of the GlobalProtect agent are you attempting to install?
Logs: Are you seeing a specific error code or message during the setup? If possible, checking the PanSetup.log file (located in C:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\GlobalProtect\) will give us the exact error causing the adapter failure.
