Hello,

If your remotely imaging computers using Autopilot are you using Azure/Entra AD in any function? As that would remove this initial requirement. But with Connect Before Logon, do you have the app hidden? Otherwise you should be able to see on that initial screen if you are connected to GlobalProtect or not. Does GlobalProtect show as an option, and does it show as connected/disconnected?

Hi,

I can see the Global Protect icon at Windows login page, also see the "KEY" button for connecting GlobalProtect via "Connect Before Logon". I log in "Connect Before Logon" successfully but in vain on logging Windows remotely.

@CaesarChan  We have GP PRelogon and once I power on my PC First GP Prelogon is connected and if i need to login to my PC with new password which i never use it before then i can do that.

Are you trying to achieve this?

@MP18  Yea exactly. Please advise, thank you.

You need to have a rule in firewall to allow connection to AD for Prelogon connection with username prelogon
