Hi team,
I hope all are doing great. I am facing a problem that is, We have PaloAlto firewalls and these firewall are licensed. But now we are unable to remember which email account was used for customer support portal account. Now we need to know which account was use for and also need to reset password of that account.
This solution is very important for us. So please try to give the solution as possible.

Hello @Al-Amin - do you have a reseller partner you have purchased through in the past? They may be able to help you identify your account details. Alternatively, you can try contacting Palo Alto support using the contact support details relevant to your geography, and they may be able to help you identify the account you need to use.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to provide this assistance through LIVEcommunity.
