Hi all,
I will upgrade the PA-3200 from pan OS 10.1.9 to 10.2.7-h3, do I need a base image of 10.2.0 for the upgrade process?
because i don't see documentation for the upgrading to 10.2.0
Thanks

You don't need to install 10.2.0 but it does need to be downloaded before you can install a maintenance release

Hi @reaper,
I have discussed this step with my team, but the Palo support portal for OS 10.2.0 is no longer there
but can this step be done?
1. Download and install the latest preferred PAN-OS 10.1
3. reboot
2. Download and install 10.2.7-h3
4. reboot again
5. finished
