Palo Alto Panorama XML/REST API Permissions 10.2 vs previous versions

L0 Member

recently upgraded to 10.2, previously API permissions for the rest API and the XML api have been grouped together.

But since upgrading to 10.2, we see these permissions are separated:

I only want the permissions applied that were previously required for Logging when the XML/REST API permissions were grouped together. Since upgrading all of our API Calls are receiving errors, I have verified that its nothing with the service account or api token itself, its linked to permissions.

Currently hitting the endpoints: https://{ip}/api/?...............

Wondering what needs to be selected from the REST API options that are new to achieve the same functionality?

Hi @jonahplumb ,

If you select System, does that help out?

Tried that, were still seeing errors, do you think we need to enable all the Panorama rest api options?
