Prisma SD-WAN Link Quality Details - Blank

L3 Networker

Hi Everyone,

We setup Prisma SD-Wan and its running great but for some reason the Link Quality Details page shows no data (Please see screenshots)

Anyone have an idea as to why that is? Not finding any good documentation online about this issue.

Please help!

Please help me with a bit more info, if your environment is configured with SD-WAN VPNs (secure fabrics).
If yes and you still do not see the data then please reach out to support for further assistance.

I've got the same problem. It manifests at the site level as well. When you check the "Link Quality" tab in the Activity Monitor, there is just no data even though I've checked the circuit settings and followed the steps in the deceptively titled "Administrator Guide".

  • Turned on LQ monitoring
  • Turned on LQ monitoring for non hub paths
  • Selected my only datacenter site
  • Tried both minimum and average aggregation

Bandwith monitoring and QoS are also configured. I've tried different combinations of settings but nothing works.

The network is operating fine but there's no LQ data being displayed.

We are running version 5.6.7-b4 right now, preparing to upgrade to v6. This should not be the issue.

I had the same problem. After discussing with support they said I needed to remove and put back the circuit label on my DC nodes and that would fix it.

Not ideal, but I tried it and it worked. If you do them one by one the outage is minimal, but I'm lucky to not have a 24/7 environment here. And it broke again later so I had to do it again.
