Join LIVEcommunity today!

  • There are two ways to register for LIVEcommunity. How you register for LIVEcommunity will depend on if you are a current customer or partner with a valid support account or not. Please choose from the following options below to ensure your account is set up correctly.

General Users - Members Without a Valid Support Account

  • Register for a LIVEcommunity account
  • Sign up with any email address that belongs to you
  • Get access to member-only areas
  • Participate by engaging in discussions and leaving comments on articles
  • Stay informed by subscribing to boards and receiving notifications

Note: This account is not for users with an active support contract and does not provide access to the Customer Support Portal.

Register for a LIVEcommunity account

Customers and Partners with a Valid Support Account

  • To create a LIVEcommunity account with your business email and support information, first sign into Customer Support Portal (CSP)
  • Once you are logged into CSP, revisit LIVEcommunityand click Login
  • Your LIVEcommunity account will automatically sync with your CSP account
  • You will get immediate access to applicable customer-only and/or partner-only resources
  • You will instantly receive all LIVEcommunity member benefits, including posting discussions, accessing product guides, and more
