Migrate configurations firewall from Panorama to Strata Cloud Manager

L0 Member

Hi,

Can the firewall configurations managed by Panorama be migrated from Panorama to Strata Cloud Manager? If so, could you please send me the documentation to review and do it?

currently there is only a procedure for prisma access, not for firewalls.... you'll need to migrate those manually

@reaper  seems right unfortunatly. You can try to migrate a test firewall and then automate the process.

Useful links below but I see that in some cases "request sc3 reset" or "debug software restart process management-server" could be needed and for those cases I suggest seeing Automating the Palo Alto NGFW's Process/Deamon Restarts | Palo Alto Networks if you hit this issue during testing as some Palo Alto commands can be run only through CLI and the workaround will be TCL or Python script (paramiko module maybe) that logs in with SSH to this stuff.
