Hi All In PANOS 3.1.x, i can see the security policy index unmber in the GUI, however i can't see it after upgrade panos to 4.0.9 no matter using GUI or CLI. Is there any way to find secutiry policy index number? Thanks. Joy ... View more

Hi All I have upgraded to  PANOS 4.1.2 and user-id-agent 4.1.2-2 in my lab, however when i complete config, and can not select any domain\username in the source user column, but i can sure the connection is ok by command >show user user-id-agent statistics between the unit and user-id-agent. When I downgrade user-id-agent 4.1.2-2 to PanAgent 3.1.2, and it works. I can select domain\username that i want to. Has anybody seen this issue? Best Regards Joy ... View more

Hi All There is a problem of  custom report in the PA-500 with PANOS 3.1.10. I choose the "Soruce Address" and "Destination Address" into  part of column of my schedule custom-report, however when I got report, The report cloumn is auto generate new two fields "Soruce Host Name" and "Destination Host Name". The new two fields are impact report dispaly, because some fields will be covered if the fields are too more, and Is there a known way to correct this? Thanks. Joy ... View more
